Pea & Spinach Hummus

Dips, sauces and dressings – I love em all (except mustard.. but I want to like it). I could finish a container of hummus in a day if I let myself, which is why I’ve been experimenting with some lighter versions so I’m not eating two cups of chickpeas in one sitting.

This Pea & Spinach Hummus is the perfect summer dip for veggies, crackers and chips. I’ve even been adding it to my roasted veggie bowls.. so basically I’m obsessed. This recipe takes no more than 5 minutes to whip up + is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegan, nut free and soy free!

Pea & Spinach Hummus
1 can green peas
1 large handful spinach
1 clove garlic
1 large lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
Pinch Salt & Pepper to taste

Ingredients:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and serve
