5-Minute Kale Pesto inspired by @pinchofyum! This pesto is seriously the bomb – it has crazy amount of flavour and goodness! I modified the recipe based on the ingredients I had in my kitchen. Serve it with your favourite grainless pasta, specialized zoodles or sweet potato noodles, crackers, sandwiches, etc. It’s gluten free, paleo, nut free, soy free and vegan. Tomorrow I’ll be posting a recipe showing how I like using it! I recommend making the sauce a day before eating it because it tastes even better as the flavour sits
2 cups torn kale, stems removed
½ cup avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon pink himalyan salt
1 clove garlic
juice of one lemon
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
