Grainless Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

As I perfect my grainless oatmeal recipe (coming very soon!), here’s another great oatmeal-type alternative to start your day off right!


Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup plain greek yogurt (or more almond milk)
4 tsp maple syrup
1/3 cup chia seeds
5 tbsp hemp seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
4 tbsp shredded coconut


Directions:
Whisk together milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds and cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Stir well once chilled then add banana, strawberries and coconut on top.
