Carrot Cake Smoothie

The Easter bunny comes in just over a week, so Rachel Molenda and I have this NEW carrot cake smoothie to get you in the spirit! The is the final recipe from our most recent collab, but we’re already so excited to get going with our summer series!

Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 
1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
  • 
1 date (2 dates if you typically prefer a sweeter taste)
    1⁄3 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 
1⁄2 cup water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Serve in a medium sized glass. #goinggrainless
