Carrot Fries

Who says fries can only be made from potatoes?! Get your daily veggies in “junk food” form with these grainless Carrot Fries!

Ingredients:

8-10 carrots, washed & peeled
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1 tsp paprika

 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Slice carrots into fry pieces.
Toss in oil, salt and paprika.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
