Chocolate Avocado Pudding Bowl Recipe
- 1 large avocado
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk
- 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Full Fat coconut milk
- Pumpkin Seeds
Place all pudding ingredients in a food processor. Blend for about 2 minutes until completely smooth.
Pour into a small bowl.
Rinse out food processor and add in coconut milk. Pulse for about 30 seconds to turn it into coconut whip
Add coconut whip, pumpkin seeds and strawberries.
Serve right away or place in fridge for 1 hour to chill before serving.
