Fruit Skewers with Chocolate Dip

Paired with a creamy chocolate dip, these skewers are a delicious, healthy snack that is also super simple! This recipe is gluten free, paleo, vegan and refined sugar free.

Skewers Ingredients: 

10-15 strawberries, sliced in half

2 bananas, 1/2 inche slices

15-20 blackberries

1 orange, slices cut in half

Chocolate Dip Ingredients: 

1 very ripe banana

1 large avocado

5 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp nut butter or sunflower butter

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/4 tsp vanilla

pinch pink himalayan salt

Directions:

 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.

2. Distribute fruit on wooden or metal skewers.

3. Serve together right away.
