Grainless Baked Avocado Eggs

Looking for easy breakfast inspiration or a way to use up avocados?! These Baked Avocado Eggs are perfect!

Ingredients: 
1 avocado
2 eggs
Pinch of salt, pepper and paprika 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Slice avocado in half, then hallow out part of the inside – there should be enough room for an egg to fit.
Crack 1 egg in each half of avocado.
Top with salt, pepper, paprika.
Bake in a small casserole dish for 15-17 minutes.
