Grainless Banana Nut Butter Cake


6 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, sunflower)

2 eggs (or flax eggs)

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp baking powder

6 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil

pinch salt (optional)


Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly greese an 8×8 glass baking dish.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Pour into baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake. Cake is finsihed baking if the toothpick is clean when removed.

Store in fridge.
