Grainless Brownie Ghost Pop Recipe (Raw)

Another day, another raw – grainless Halloween treat. This recipe and yesterday’s Witch Fingers are both SO quick and simple! I made both recipes in under an hour total. This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, peanut free, soy free.

  • ¼ cup cashews

  • 1 ¼ cup dates, loosely chopped

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • ¼ tsp pink himalayan salt

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp Raw cacao nibs or mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 10 sucker sticks or popsicle sticks

  4. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  7. Dip balls into white chocolate and complete coat. Place balls on baking sheet, then spoon some extra chocolate on top of the balls to give a “flowy” ghost effect.

  8. Top each ball with a sucker stick.

  9. Use chocolate chips/nibs as the ghosts eyes and mouth.

  10. Place in freezer for 30 minutes before serving, after that you can store them in the fridge or freezer.
