Grainless Pistachio Caramel Chocolate Bliss Balls


Move over processed chocolate bars, these bliss balls are filled with a chewy caramel-like centre and coated in homemade chocolate. This treat will cure any sweet tooth! You would never guess that they are grainless, gluten free, dairy free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, soy free, peanut free and refined sugar free!

Pistachio Chocolate Bliss Ball Recipe:

Yields: 18 Bliss Balls


  • 1/3 cup raw almonds

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews

  • 2 1/2 cups dates

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • raw pistachios (chopped)


  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor. Blend well.

  2. Roll filling into tablespoon sized balls.

  3. Put coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds until coconut oil is fully melted.

  4. Add in cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well until it looks like melted chocolate.

  5. Roll balls in chocolate until fully coated, then sprinkle with pistachios.

  6. Place on parchment paper and cool in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  7. Store Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
