Grainless Stacked Apple
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp natural nut butter of choice
2 tbsp raw cashews, chopped
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Slice an apple horizontally into 4 pieces.
In a small bowl combine coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao powder. Mix until it’s the consistency of chocolate sauce.
Spread nut butter on the top of eat apple piece. Add cashews, cacao nibs and coconut then pour chocolate sauce on top as you stack the apple pieces.
