Grainless Stuffed Mushrooms

2016 is coming to an end, so you better finish the year off right with good food! These Stuffed Mushrooms are sure to be a crowd pleaser this New Years Eve!  Best of all, this recipe can easily be customized to fit in with various dietary needs – these ones are gluten free-vegan! 

Grainless Stuffed Mushrooms:
20-25 Large Mushrooms (any kind)
1 cup Vegan Cream Cheese (I use @TofuttiBrands), Regular Cream Cheese or Cashew Cream
3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan 
3 Tbsp Almond Flour or Ground Flaxseed
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1/2 Tsp Himalyan Salt
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, nutritional yeast, almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Mix well.
Stuff each mushroom cap with cream cheese mixture and place on baking sheet.
Lightly brush the outside of each with oil. 
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the tops begin to turn golden.
