Grainless Thai-Style Pork Taco Recipe

Thai-Style Pork Meatballs:

1 lb ground pork

½ carrot, chopped

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ lime, squeezed

1 tsp dried chili flakes

1 tsp fish oil

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

1 tbsp honey

Slaw Ingredients:

 Peanut Sauce Ingredients:

½ cup peanut butter (or any natural nut/seed butter)

3 tbsp coconut milk

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lime juice

½ tsp fish oil

Taco Toppings:

½ head Boston, leaf or romaine lettuce,

1 cup cabbage, chopped

½ cup carrots, chopped

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp basil, chopped

2 tbsp peanuts, chopped (optional)

8-10 Pork Meatballs (see recipe above)

Peanut Sauce (see recipe above)

Sriracha Sauce (optional)

½ lime


  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil or parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl combine all of the meatball ingredients then roll into balls using 2-3 tablespoons for each. Place evenly on baking sheet and place in oven for 20-23 minutes, flipping half way though cooking..

  3. To make Peanut Sauce whisk together all ingredients.

  4. Assemble into wraps and serve.
