These Turkey Garlic Mushroom Meatballs were supposed to last for my bowls all week … it’s Tuesday and they’re already gone! Yepp, they’re that good and you only need 5 ingredients. Officially adding this one to my weekly meal prep favs!
Baked Turkey Garlic Mushroom Meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp pink himaylan salt
Preheat oven to 400F
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then form into balls with your hands.
Place evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
