Grainless Turkey Sliders with Sweet Potato Buns

Turkey Sliders

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink himaylan salt
  • large sweet potatoes, sliced into 12 x 1/4" pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon avocado or olive oil

Sweet Potato Buns


    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Combine all slider ingredients in a mixing bowl, then form into 6 patty with your hands
    3. Very lightly grease each sweet potato bun with oil.
    4. Place sliders and sweet potato buns evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    5. Assemble sliders and top with your favourite vegetables and condiments!
