Are you vegan? Or do dairy and gluten not agree with you? The second option is me and I definitely can’t go without the best food ever! I was a little nervous to try pizza with no cheese, but was pleasantly surprised. The key is to load it up with tons of other flavours like homemade sauce, fresh veggies and herbs! The crust is perfectly crisp and completely versatile with whatever ingredients you chose to add to your za, even cheese!
Grainless Veggie Pizza Recipe
1 3/4 cup almond flour
2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil + additional 2 tbsp for brushing crust

15 mushrooms, sliced
1 large bell pepper, loosely chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 tomato Tomato, loosely chopped
3 cups spinach, lightly steamed
Bunch fresh basil
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine flours, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add in apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. oil and water. Mix well. It will appear quite dry, but just keep stirring. If needed add 1 – 2 tbsp. of water, one at a time. Once fully mixed roll into a ball.
Divide the ball into 6 equal parts.
Using hands form each part into a pizza shape then place on baking sheet. NOTE: Grainless dough can be very sticky, I find it easiest to keep hands wet while working with it.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare your toppings.
Remove crusts from oven. Add on sauce and toppings. With a basting brush lightly coat the crust with oil.
Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Top with fresh basil and serve!
